Can someone abuse this to cover unrelated households?
No. Each workspace is scoped to a single patient profile. Members invited to a workspace can only see, edit, chat, and chart data for that patient. Anyone tracking a different person needs their own workspace and their own plan.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every new Willow account starts with a 14-day free trial of Family (voice-to-text, predictive insights, Chat with Willow), automatically, no card required. If you don't subscribe, your workspace simply moves to Core at the end of the trial — you keep unlimited logging, vitals, medications, ABC incidents, and your whole care team, for free, forever, just without the AI features.
